Our program started with the presentations about Hat (Calligraphy), continued with Tezhip (Illumination with Gold, Ney (Reed flute) live performance by Seyma Gundogdu, Cini (Hand-crafted ceramics), Architecture (mosques, tombs, palaces, bazaars), and ended with the Ebru (Turkish Paper Marbling) live performance by Ayse Calis.
We had an exhibition table with samples of Cini, Hat, Calligraphy and Ebru.
As the audience after the presentations said, it was really “rich and joyful”.
This event was free and open to all faculty, staff, students and the general public.
